1. Mountain Drop-Offs offer shared and private transfer services. Shared transfer options are provided on scheduled flights arriving within 45 minutes of each other. This means that you may be sharing a van with other clients arriving at a similar time. We do our best to accommodate flight delays where necessary. If your flight was delayed and waiting for you compromises our obligations to other clients, it may become necessary for us to leave the airport before your arrival. We would come back to get you but this may involve some waiting on your part. We would, of course, keep you informed at all times. Due to the flexible nature of shared transfers, we are unable to provide guaranteed pick-up times for those bookings. All bookings are entered as shared transfers unless a private transfer is specifically requested. Private transfers may attract additional charges and a minimum booking fee of 200€ applies.

2. If you miss your flight you must contact us immediately on either Mountain Drop-Offs Office number
+33 (0)450471773 or your driver’s contact number. We will do our best to accommodate you on a transfer at the time of your new flight although you may be required to wait for our drivers to complete other bookings. In some circumstances the new arrangements will attract a further charge. We will notify you in advance of any further charges.

3. If your flight is cancelled or delayed, you must notify us immediately on either Mountain Drop-Offs Office number +33 (0)450471773 or your driver’s contact number for instructions. We will make every effort to accommodate your new arrangements although you may be required to wait for our drivers to complete other bookings. Please do not make alternative arrangements without consulting us first, as Mountain Drop-Offs will not be responsible for any costs incurred by you, and in most cases, you will not be entitled to reimbursements for the transfers you have booked. 4. Our corporate partners may choose to be invoiced. All accounts must be settled as per the terms stated on the invoice. 5. You are responsible for the information you provide when making bookings. Please check your booking information carefully and ensure that it is correct. If you need to make any changes to your booking, please notify Mountain Drop-Offs immediately by email or by telephone. 6. If you wish to change the address you provided for pick up/drop off in the resort you should do this by email no later than 48 hours prior to the date of travel.. 7. Mountain Drop-Offs reserves the right to change pick up times in the resort and will inform lead passenger or your resort representative by telephone call or SMS. 8. All luggage must be clearly labelled with the owners name and address. 9. Mountain Drop-Offs will take all reasonable care in loading luggage, however we accept no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. You are advised to check the terms of your travel insurance policy. 10. All passengers are limited to two items of luggage including a ski and snowboard bag. If you have excess baggage, please advise us at the time of booking. We reserve the right to charge an excess baggage allowance of 10 euros per item. 11. In the event of a passenger having excess luggage without giving prior notice, Mountain Drop-Offs reserves the right to either: Charge the excess baggage allowance of 10 Euros per item; or Refuse to transport the items. 12. Smoking is forbidden in all our vehicles. 13. Mountain Drop-Offs will not accept liability for missed flights or connections caused by road accidents, adverse weather conditions, or any other circumstances. Passengers are advised to check the terms of their travel insurance. 14. Seat belts must be worn by all passengers. Drivers are not allowed by law to travel unless all passengers are wearing seat belts. 15. In case of accident, the liability of Mountain Drop-Offs is limited to the conditions of its insurance contract. 16. Our drivers have the right to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour is considered to pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle or any other passenger. 17. If you have a confirmed booking with Mountain Drop-Offs and for any reason you do not utilise our service and do not provide us with at least 3 days notice of your cancellation, we reserve the right to recover full payment from you or your resort representative 18. If your flight has been cancelled we will try to get you on the next available shared transfer to your destination but officially your transfer is tied to your first plane at its programmed arrival time. So if your flight is cancelled or you have missed your flight, you have lost your transfer. No refund will be made under this situation as our driver will have been there for you. Please note you may have to book a new transfer to get to your destination as we may not be able to provide your transfer if your flight has been cancelled. You should claim this back on your travel insurance. It is at the discretion of Mountain Dropoffs to waive this charge. 19. Where a private transfer has been booked and the flight is delayed up to ninety minutes from the flight's scheduled arrival, the Mountain Dropoffs vehicle will wait for the client at no charge. After this time the client will be liable for a waiting charge of 20€uros for each additional hour or part thereof. This charge must be settled prior to the vehicle's departure. It is at the discretion of Mountain Dropoffs to waive this charge. 20. If a baby chair or booster seat has been requested it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian travelling with the child to ensure it is fitted correctly into the vehicle. Mountain Dropoffs can accept no liability under the terms and conditions of its insurance to fit the requested baby chairs or boosters seats.
